Comes with original manual with instructions for a variety of fruits and vegetables. Can be used in the sun or in the oven on very low heat – be sure to read the manual on this as the rack is wood and ultimately is flammable! Could also be used for jerky – just need to clean racks well before switching back and forth between meat and produce items. Overall in great condition. Has been used but is clean. One tray has a small hole in the mesh (when you look at it close up t actually looks like an error in the wire mesh prior to manufacturing the tray as opposed to damage from use).
